Policy templates & publishing
Policy Studio combines original, editable English-language clauses with your answers. All twelve advanced modules are included: social sign-in, analytics, email marketing, advertising, payments, remarketing, Invisible reCAPTCHA, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CalOPPA, children’s privacy/COPPA, and Facebook Pages.
From answers to document
Complete the business details, data categories, purposes and service providers. Add applicable regional sections, retention criteria, contact methods and any special practices. Review the generated text and change it in the document editor when needed. Export HTML, Word DOCX, Markdown or plain text; use Print / Save as PDF for a PDF through your browser.
Drafts and hosted documents
Answers are kept in this browser for continuity. Signing in lets you save records in your private account and reopen them across devices. Save keeps the draft private. After reviewing the document, choose Publish policy & get link to create a public, read-only HTML page at /p/your-policy-id. Anyone can read it without signing in, including visitors following a link in your app or Play Console. Updates keep the same URL and take effect only when you publish again. Unpublishing makes that public URL unavailable. The document library, answers and private draft preview remain restricted to the owner. No email-delivery service or payment checkout is connected.
Template scope and updates
The expanded template edition adds definitions, technical data, storage choices, disclosure circumstances, deletion requests, separate retention and security sections, provider explanations and regional request procedures. The wording is original. These templates are not verbatim reproductions of TermsFeed policies, and exact equivalence with every paid TermsFeed output has not been verified. Older drafts require a fresh review when reopened; existing published pages stay unchanged until an owner publishes an update.
Editing and dependencies
Custom text remains active until you explicitly regenerate from the questionnaire. Changing an answer clears the owner-review check. Disabling GDPR clears the Facebook Page selection. Disabled services are omitted from generated wording even when provider choices are retained for later.
Review before use
A completed questionnaire is a draft, not a certification of legal compliance. Verify the actual services, data uses, legal grounds, retention periods, transfers, children’s-data handling and consent mechanisms. The generator describes practices; it does not implement consent, request handling, security controls or parental verification for your business.

Template reference review: 25 October 2026. Provider choices include the names found in the reference-site audit; verify the name and processing details of the provider you actually use.
